If you decline, we do not collect this data from your visit.</p>\n<h3>Advertising measurement cookies</h3>\n<p>We advertise on ChatGPT and use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel to measure whether our ads lead to actions on our Sites, such as starting our assessment. When you arrive from one of our ads, the pixel stores an ad reference identifier in a first-party cookie (<code>__oppref</code>, kept for 30 days) and a randomly generated browser reference (<code>__obref</code>, kept for up to 365 days). The pixel may also detect information you enter on our pages, such as your email address, convert it in your browser into a one-way coded form (a SHA-256 hash), and send that coded form to OpenAI to help match conversions to ads. Your raw email address is not sent to OpenAI through this feature. OpenAI states that it does not currently use data collected through this pixel to personalize ads to individual users. We do not use other advertising cookies.</p>\n\n<h2>4. Managing your preferences</h2>\n<p><strong>On our Sites.</strong> Click &ldquo;Preferences&rdquo; in the cookie banner when it first appears, or the Consent Preferences link on the page, to open the settings panel. You can turn analytics cookies on or off and save your choice. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the Sites or to make a purchase.</p>\n<p><strong>In your browser.</strong> Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. This also blocks the OpenAI advertising measurement cookies described in Section 3, which are not controlled by the cookie banner. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of our Sites from working. Third-party services that set cookies</h2>\n<p>We build and run our Sites using service providers, and some of these set cookies to deliver their services. Each handles data under its own privacy practices.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Perspective</strong> &mdash; the platform that hosts and displays our funnel pages. Perspective sets essential, session-only cookies (on the perspective.co domain) needed for the pages to function &mdash; for example, to carry your answers from one step to the next and to show you the right result. These are placed regardless of your consent choice because the pages cannot operate without them.</li>\n<li><strong>Termly</strong> &mdash; our consent management provider. Termly sets an essential cookie that records the choices you make in the banner so we can honor them on later visits.</li>\n<li><strong>Google Tag Manager</strong> &mdash; a tool that loads other services on our pages according to your consent choice. Your use of our Platform is also subject to our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference into this Policy.</p>\n<h3>The Sprok Assistant and Telegram</h3>\n<p>The Sprok assistant is delivered through Telegram, a third-party messaging service operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. To use the assistant, you must have or create a Telegram account and accept Telegram&rsquo;s own terms of service and privacy policy, available at <a href="https://telegram.org/privacy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">telegram.org/privacy</a>, over which we have no control.</p>\n<p>When you purchase, we collect your name, email, and payment details to process the transaction and send an activation link to the email you provide. When you activate, you connect your Telegram account to the assistant, and we receive your Telegram user identifier so that we can link your subscription to your account and provide access.</p>\n<p>When you interact with the Sprok assistant, you are messaging a bot on the Telegram platform. As a result, Telegram and the third-party AI infrastructure provider that operates the assistant receive the messages you send to the assistant, together with the public Telegram account information associated with your profile (such as your Telegram screen name, username, and profile picture).</p>\n<p>Your conversations with the assistant are cloud-based messages stored on Telegram&rsquo;s servers in accordance with Telegram&rsquo;s practices; they are not end-to-end encrypted &ldquo;secret chats.&rdquo; You can review and control the data Telegram holds about you, and delete your Telegram account, through Telegram&rsquo;s own settings (Settings &rsaquo; Privacy &amp; Security &rsaquo; Data Settings).</p>\n\n<h2>1. Information We Collect</h2>\n<h3>1.1 Information You Provide Directly</h3>\n<p>When you register for an account, make a purchase, or interact with the Platform, we collect:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and email address;</li>\n<li>Billing information and address (payment card data is processed by our payment processor and is not stored by us);</li>\n<li>Phone number or other contact information, if you choose to provide it;</li>\n<li>Your Telegram account identifier, used to connect you to the Sprok assistant;</li>\n<li>Business information, survey responses, and assessment data you submit through the Platform;</li>\n<li>Usage data from your interactions with the Sprok assistant, such as exchange counts and activity. The content of your conversations with the assistant is processed by our third-party AI infrastructure provider to generate responses and is not accessed or retained by Sprocket Digital (see Section 3.5).</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>1.2 Information Collected Automatically</h3>\n<p>We may automatically collect the following through cookies and similar technologies: domain name; browser type and operating system; pages viewed; links clicked; IP address; length of time on the Platform; and referring URL. How We Share Information</h2>\n<h3>3.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors</h3>\n<p>We share information with trusted third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf to operate the Platform and deliver the Services. Each provider is subject to its own privacy and data-protection commitments, and we instruct our providers to use your information only to perform their function for us. They are:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stripe, Inc.</strong> &mdash; payment processing; processes your name, billing details, and payment card information to charge fees and prevent fraud (see <a href="https://stripe.com/privacy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">stripe.com/privacy</a>);</li>\n<li><strong>Telegram</strong> &mdash; the messaging platform through which the Sprok assistant is delivered; your conversations with the assistant pass through Telegram&rsquo;s systems;</li>\n<li><strong>GoHighLevel</strong> &mdash; our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform; stores your contact record, consent selections, assessment responses, and communication history, and sends the marketing and transactional email and text messages you have consented to receive, including through its own email-delivery infrastructure;</li>\n<li><strong>Perspective</strong> &mdash; our lead-capture and funnel platform, operated by Perspective Software GmbH; collects the information you submit through our web forms (see <a href="https://www.perspective.co/privacy-policy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">perspective.co/privacy-policy</a>);</li>\n<li><strong>Google LLC</strong> &mdash; website analytics (Google Analytics) and tag management; receives usage data about your visit to our Sites only if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner (see <a href="https://policies.google.com/privacy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">policies.google.com/privacy</a>);</li>\n<li><strong>OpenAI OpCo, LLC</strong> &mdash; advertising measurement for our ads on ChatGPT; receives an ad reference identifier, a browser reference, the actions you take on our pages (such as starting our assessment), and hashed (one-way coded) versions of information you enter, such as your email address, as described in our Cookie Policy (see <a href="https://openai.com/policies" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">openai.com/policies</a>);</li>\n<li><strong>a third-party AI infrastructure provider</strong> &mdash; processes the messages and business information you submit to the Sprok assistant solely to generate the assistant&rsquo;s responses; this content is not exposed to, and cannot be read by, Sprocket Digital (see Section 3.5).</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>3.2 Legal Requirements</h3>\n<p>We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request (such as a subpoena, court order, or government inquiry), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sprok.ai, our users, or the public.</p>\n<h3>3.3 Business Transfers</h3>\n<p>In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business combination involving Sprocket Digital USA LLC, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any material changes to this Policy that result from it.</p>\n<h3>3.4 No Sale of Personal Data</h3>\n<p>Sprok.ai does not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.</p>\n<h3>3.5 Privacy of Your Conversations</h3>\n<p>Your conversations with the Sprok assistant are private to you. Neither Sprocket Digital, nor the third-party AI infrastructure provider that operates the assistant, nor its staff can read, review, or access the content of your conversations. The platform is designed so that conversation content has no human-readable access path on either side; it is processed only by the AI system, and solely to generate the assistant&rsquo;s responses. We receive only usage data &mdash; such as exchange counts, subscription status, and billing activity &mdash; never the substance of what you and the assistant discuss. Your conversation content is never used to train AI models.</p>\n\n<h2>4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies</h2>\n<p>We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Platform and to improve your experience. Analytics cookies are placed only with your consent, which we collect through the cookie banner on our Sites; you can change your choice at any time using the &ldquo;Preferences&rdquo; option in that banner or through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of the Platform. Our advertising measurement pixel runs when our pages load and can be blocked through your browser settings. Our Cookie Policy above describes each cookie category and provider in detail.</p>\n\n<h2>5. Data Retention</h2>\n<p>We retain your account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required by applicable law. The Sprok assistant includes a long-term memory feature: so that the assistant can remember and build on your earlier conversations, your conversation content is retained by our third-party AI infrastructure provider for as long as your account remains active. There is no separate fixed retention window for conversation content; it is kept until it is deleted. You may request deletion of your conversation history and memory at any time, as described in Section 8. Messages transmitted through Telegram are also subject to Telegram&rsquo;s own retention practices.</p>\n\n<h2>6. Data Security</h2>\n<p>We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.</p>\n\n<h2>7. Your Communications Choices</h2>\n<p>We may send you transactional emails, account alerts, and &mdash; where you have consented &mdash; marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email. Even after opting out of marketing emails, we may still send you transactional or account-related communications.</p>\n<h3>7.1 SMS Text Messages</h3>\n<p>If you have consented to receive SMS (text) messages from Sprok.ai, we may send you messages related to your account, the Services, or marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To opt out of marketing text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us; to opt back in, reply START; for help, reply HELP or contact us at support@sprok.ai. Opting out of marketing texts will not affect transactional or account-related messages necessary to operate your account or the Services. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.</p>\n\n<h2>8. Your Rights</h2>\n<p>Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Deletion of your conversation history and memory is handled through a self-service process: on request, we enable a deletion command for your account (typically within one to two business days) that you run yourself from within your chat. Running it permanently and irreversibly erases all of your conversation history and memory, effective immediately. For your security, only you can trigger this deletion; it cannot be performed on your behalf.</p>\n\n<h2>9. International Users and Data Transfers</h2>\n<p>Sprok.ai is a United States business, and we direct and offer the Services solely to users located in the United States. We do not target or knowingly offer the Services to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States. Some of the third-party service providers we rely on &mdash; including our messaging, funnel, and AI infrastructure providers &mdash; operate outside the United States. As a result, information you provide may be transmitted to, stored, or processed outside the United States, including in the European Union and other jurisdictions.
